    Today I powered it on and only options I can choose on the home screen are :Data Manager,Update,Setup/Help. Options - USA,European,Asian did not show up. I use this tool for more than a year and never had any problems.

    hmmm, what a strange situation. Ok , if you live in USA, I would like you to send this tool to our US office for our checking. But you can try to fix it at home. Maybe. ...First, do a update for your card. .... Then tell me the version for the firmware and system file.
